2. WHO WE ARE

WorkDone is in the business of cloud-based Work Heuristics Management (WHM). “WorkDone Services” are offered as a Software-as-as-Service. Our platform comprises technology components, automation services, web clients, mobile apps, vertical business solutions, web services and web portals that are made available through various cloud and 3rd party platforms.

3. WHO YOU ARE

Unless otherwise noted, we refer to You, the (“Customer”), as an Enterprise account, SMB (Small/Medium-size Business), Partner, or End-User organization.

4. WHAT WE COLLECT

4.1. Information from your use of Services

This information may include IP Address, location information, date and time, browser type, and any other action you might have taken to use and while using the Services. In addition, the Service can be configured to capture the following data from subjects monitored by the Service: Screen recording, keystrokes, website visit history, application usage history, search engine queries, emails, instant messages, social media posts, audio, printed documents, network activity, login / logout activity, file transfer activity, and time active/idle.

4.2. Use of Cookies

The WorkDone website uses cookies to help us to identify and track visitors and their website access preferences. If website visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers, please set your browser’s settings to refuse cookies before visiting WorkDone website (https://workdone.ai/). However, if you block our cookies, our Services may not work properly.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

As a Customer, at any point while WorkDone or our Subprocessors are in possession of, or processing, your business data, You have the following rights:

5.1. Your Right to Know to What We Captured

You, the Customer, have the right to know what process data we captured and how that data is handled. However, to protect customer privacy, such requests must be carefully authenticated (beyond demonstrating control of the customer’s email address) prior to disclosure of specific account data.

5.2. Your Right to Have Your Data Erased

You have the right to instruct us to remove data permanently from our systems. Once the request is authenticated, the data will be removed from our active systems.

​​​​​​​Our disaster recovery and data availability requirements mean that WorkDone has a legitimate interest in maintaining secure backups. Erasure requests do not apply to historical backups.

6. DISCLOSURE

We will comply with applicable laws and the contracts with our customers to provide Service Data and encrypted Secure Data to law enforcement agencies. If permitted, we will notify you of such a request and whether we have complied.

7. BREACH NOTIFICATION

In an event of a breach, we recognize our responsibility to our customers and to the public to disclose the nature of the risk and provide a transparent account of the events without undue delay. We will make best efforts to follow applicable requirements based on jurisdiction.
